Responsibilities

Under the leadership of the Mayor, he is responsible for regular work of Fuyang Municipal Government. His responsibilities include government transparency, government supervision, administrative management, industrial and information technology, private economy, business environment, government services, and data resources, as well as assisting in ecological environment protection.

In charge of the Municipal Government Office (the Foreign Affairs Office), the Policy Research Office, the Supervision and Evaluation Office, and the Liaison Office of the Municipal Government (the Liaison Offices in Beijing, Shanghai <Work Office in Suzhou>, and Shenzhen), the Municipal Management Office, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Data Resources Bureau (Government Services Bureau), and assists in overseeing the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau.

Responsible for the contact with the Information Office of Fuyang Municipal Government, the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Fuyang Power Supply Company, Fuyang Cigarette Factory (China Tobacco Anhui Industrial Co., Ltd.), and local offices of China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Tower, China Radio and Television Network Group Co., Ltd. etc.
