Responsible for development and reform, statistics, natural resources and planning, urban and rural construction, housing management, commerce, key project construction, housing fund management, public resource trading supervision, production safety and emergency management, finance, state-owned asset supervision, ecological environment, finance, investment attraction, development parks, etc.

In charge of the Commission of Development and Reform, the Bureau of Statistics, the Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau, the Housing Management Bureau, the Commerce Bureau, the Port Office, the Key Engineering Works Office, the Housing Provident Fund Management Center, the Chengnan New Area Management Committee, the West Lake Management Committee, the Bureau of Supervision and Administration for Public Resources Transaction, the Emergency Management Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Ecological Environment Bureau, the Investment Promotion Center, the Management Committee of Fuyang Economic Development Zone, and the Management Committee of Fuyang Shoutai New Energy Industrial Park.

Responsible for the contact with Fuyang Customs, the Fuyang Investigation Team, Fuyangbei Railway Station, the Management Committee of Fuyang-Hefei Industrial Park, Fuyang Branch of the People’s Bank of China, Fuyang Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, and the Municipal Taxation Bureau.

He holds a postgraduate degree from the Anhui Provincial Party School and a master’s degree in public administration from Anhui University. He serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Fuyang Municipal Committee, deputy secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Fuyang Municipal Government, and executive deputy mayor of Fuyang Municipal Government.
