Innovation-driven development strategy has been deeply implemented in Fuyang,the goal to build a provincial-level innovative city has been realized and the program to build a national-level innovative city has been launched in all respects,and the partnership of comprehensive strategic cooperation has been established between the University of Science and Technology of China,Hefei Institutes of Physical Science,Chinese Academy of Sciences,etc.There are 254 provincial innovation platforms and 608 high-tech enterprises,and the investment growth of R&D in the city takes the lead in the province.899 companies entered the provincial list of science and technology SMEs,ranking 4th place in the province.In June 2023,Fuyang Innovation Museum opened for trial operation.
