Linquan local white goats are selected to make crystal goat hooves. The dish is nutrient-dense. Referring to the recipe of making goat hooves, the natives actively explored and boldly invented the crystal delicacy. Crystal goat hooves are bright in color, rich in nutrients and chewy, not smelly, greasy or fishy. It’s of great cultural value with Linquan local features. In January 2022, Linquan Crystal Goat Hooves was selected into Anhui Province’s“200 Specialties”list.
